Dr Ledzoe Mateo is just new to winter Haven coming from Orlando. Now working at VIP Care 7558 Cypress Gardens blvd. I had 2 visits with her and then I had to be sent out for several test. My appointment today was so she could give me the results of my many test. The appointment time was set 2 weeks back for 1:15. I arrived at 1:05. the doors were locked. I had been home all day and never got a call from the office to tell me they were not going to be there. I made a call to that office and just got the machine, I left a message, then I called my husband at home and told him what had happen in case they call my home. Then I went across the parking lot to Walmart to get my groceries. When I finished I drove back across the lot to see if they were open it was exactly 44 minutes later...Sandra the office manager said they had been calling me ( That was a lie as when I asked my husband if they had call that was a "NO") Sandra told me they were having a meeting !!!! I had several… words with her explaining to her that they had no consideration for my time. Then she said "We can see you now" I had to let her know I then had groceries in the car and it 100 degrees outside. So NO I cannot see the doctor NOW... So If You value your time do not go to this doctor. As I am having to find a new doctor So I can at least get the results of my test.
