Dr. Liem T Nguyen, MD

I waited for 25-30 then he spent a whole 2 minutes with me (i am not exaggerating) before rushing me out with a prescription that i did not need. The staff was rude and asked about why i was coming to the doctors in the waiting room in front of other patients.

Don't go to see him Dr. Nguyen. Over all experience was very pool. He was very rush. Did not response all the questions. Office environment is very poor. The receptionist is not friendly. Did not take responsibility when a patient called in expressed his/her concerns. He loves to charge you.

Overall experience was poor. I called and set an up an appointment and explained the physical I needed and the type of insurance I have. I was on a strict timeline with international travel. He was the first hit on the insurance search. When I arrived, they stated they do not take my insurance and they would not do the physical because the form was "too complicated." Basically not worth their time to review the form. When I demanded to know why they changed their minds, and why they had falsely led us, they stated it was a new person that didn't know better. Not professional, did not take responsibility for mistakes, and did not care to help. I did not rate the doctor experience itself since I did not see him.
