Dr. Lien Kim Bui Drew

Dr. Drew is the best! I recommend everyone I know to her when they ask for a dermatologist. Very thankful to have a caring and kind doctor. She has given me my confidence back with my skin! She is very personable and sweet!

I visited Dr Drew a month ago she observed what she felt was a possible problem. She observed another 3 weeks and decided to remove it . The procedure was professionally done with no pain and very little invasion of the site . I am happy with suggestions on future exposure to the outdoors. She has a wonderful manner about her that you don’t always see in the medical community. I highly recommend her for her skills and attitude.

Dr. Kim and her staff are wonderful!!! Kind, caring and concerned. My husband had a surgical procedure done by another Dr and Dr. Kim was there with us through the whole procedure on her Day Off!!! Got to love her!!! She is amazing!!!

Dr Drew consistently provides care that goes above and beyond our expectations . She called to follow up herself after hours and made a special appointment for my daughter . She is not only a first rate physician but also a caring, kind and wonderful person who puts her patients first . Thank you !

I had a appointment with Dr. Drew today as a new patient, and I would like to say that I am HIGHLY satisfied with Dr. Drew and her whole office staff. Dr. Drew spent much time discussing my condition and listening to my concerns. She explained the treatment options in terms that I understood. It was so nice dealing with such smiling faces. I will gladly be following up with her in a few months. FIVE star treatment all around!

I feel it necessary to warn those of you who need chronic care and have hormonal or cystic acne. She is a very intelligent doctor and seems caring when with you, but if you need follow up care, good luck! If by chance your expensive new skincare regimen goes awry it will take you 4+ phone calls to get even a nurse to speak with you. They will say “we have here on record we called you 4 times and left 2 messages” no, your phone isn’t broken! Call your carrier and have them see if they are being truthful. On two occasions they LIED about receiving my messages and when I begged to see Dr Drew I had to wait 3 months. My acne spread all over my body and I had to goto the emergency room because one of them actually was so infected it connected to my lymphatic system! Lien Drew is a nice person, but her staff, they act like bouncers at a club, doing their best to keep you from getting the post acute care you need. She is a typical River Ranch Doctor, pushing her own skin care line and I’ve… spent hundreds hoping for results. My diagnosis was just acne, not vulgaris or cystic as I’ve had in my 27 years of chronic care, just acne. I’m paying for La Perla but getting drug store treatment. She probably doesn’t even know her staff isn’t actually doing any work and is driving her clients away. Poor girl. But she’s not getting another dime from me or my two other family members who too had difficulties. Peace and choose wisely!

Dr. Drew was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my skin problem immediately. Her staff makes me feel at ease, comfortable and are respectful. Would recommend Dr. Drew to others! A+

Very good. I have an apt on Tuesday for the blue light treatment but I was not told if I need to bring goggles or are they provided. Also I will be doing this after work so do I need a change of clothes.......cooler?

Immediately upon meeting Dr. Drew, I felt completely at ease. She doesn't know a stranger. Her diagnosis took minutes and I knew she was "spot on" as it was what I had suspected all along. She is bright, courteous, and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
