Dr. Ligia Pic-Aluas, MD

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Dr. Pic is by far the best doctor I have ever met. I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis-discitis in my neck/spine, and because of the location of the infection, a biopsy wasn’t even possible. Despite that, she did everything within her knowledge and expertise to treat me — and if I am alive today, it’s truly because of her care. She is not only incredibly skilled and professional but also one of the kindest, warmest, and most empathetic doctors I’ve ever known. Her wit, compassion, and dedication make every interaction comforting, even during the most difficult times. To me, she is the brightest ray of sunshine in human form. If you’re ever seeking treatment for any infectious disease, I can say with full confidence — you’re in the best hands with Dr. Pic.
