Easy to talk with, professional, informative, efficient

Compassionate doctor. I did not feel rushed at my appointment and felt she really listened to me.

I saw Dr Day once for what was supposed to be a new patient visit. She sat across from me and used her laptop the whole time I was there; no eye contact. I had a painful and upsetting problem for which she did nothing to help me. Because of this, I sought another physician who properly diagnosed me and prescribed medication. This is not the Internal Medicine physician you want to see!

I've been getting boric for years buy a plastic surgeon in Bellevue (whom I loved). I switched to Dr. Day to avoid the long commute to Bellevue and the cost. I have gotten Botox from Dr. Day six times and have been unhappy with them. All but once I experienced bruising at the injection site because she is rushed and doesn't do any icing. And 4 of the 6 times I experienced eye lid droop even after warning her before every apt to watch that. It should NOT happen and I'm officially through giving her chances. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. She should NOT be doing Botox. I also agree with the people commenting on her demeanor and the lack of professionalism of her and her staff. So done with incompetence.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose it. The only staff member that is nice to me is Mary and the receptionist. The rest of the staff are loud and rude. When I'm in my room I can hear them talking and laughing outside my door it is really frustrating when I am sick and I have to go into my doctor's office and I hear people talking about things other than my care. I have been in the medical professional world for years and never have experienced this much unprofessionalism in my life.

Doctor Day and staff are amazing. I am very grateful for all she does for the people in the Bonney Lake area. Shes amazing.

I am writing a response to the patient who claims to have received expired Botox. We cannot unfortunately comment publicly to other responses directly related to medical care as it is a breach of privacy. I can however say that we have all of our records regarding ordering, lot number and dilution of Botox for every patient. We order our Botox directly from the manufacturer, usually twice to three times weekly. It is diluted EXACTLY as specified. Any patient is welcome to request those records and dates from us. Our goal is to provide quality, individualized care for EACH patient.

Dr. Day has been my doctor for several years now and i just love her and her entire staff. They have always fit me in the schedule even when i just walk in. I feel she really cares about me and my daughter. I trust her 100%..

I do like the nice comments others have made. I really also know that nobody is perfect. I felt insulted at a critical point by staff. I was clearly made not to feel welcome and my questions were not answered. I felt the office could use some cleaning. Very poor coordination regarding labs and records. I am just confused by it all. Maybe it is just me. I do feel hurt, but do not want them to feel bad about this...I just want to be helpful as they try their best I would like to think. God bless them. They refuse to talk with me.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Day for several years. We have never had trouble getting an appointment and Dr. Day has taken care of us through minor injuries to major illness. She always listens, spends time (even if it's just an ear infection). We are lucky to have such a great family oriented doc in our area!
