While most psychiatric practices rely heavily on psychiatric medications -- with or without counseling -- at MIHP we offer additional paths to wellness. Though we have extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology (i.e. psychiatric medications), we can and do instruct you on complementary treatments including the use of specific supplements and herbs, lifestyle practices (e.g. nature therapy or mind-body practices), and electromagnetic treatments (such as \"light therapy\" and other lesser-known but highly effective modalities).
