Dr. Lilah Mansour, MD

Dr. Mansour was great! I was anxious about talking to a doc about issues a Gastro doc addresses, but Dr. Mansour was so down to earth and her patient manner was very refreshing. While I’m also not excited about having any Gastro procedures done, Dr. Mansour and staff answered all of my questions and made me feel much better about the whole process. I highly recommend her!

My visit with Lila is always so very comforting. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel at ease. She also can pick up on nuances about your health so easily even when you do not recognize what may be going on with your health.

Dr. Mansour was outstanding in all regards. Very warm bedside manner, and she explained things thoroughly and well. Great physician. I am a happy patient.

If I could give a 10 star rating or higher to Dr. Monsour I would. She has been my doctor for the last 5+ years and I will follow her to whatever clinical association she practices at. She listens to ur concerns and partners with u to provide the best care u deserve. I have recommended her to all my family members and the five that are her patients would say everything I have just said. We all respect the superior care she has provided especially with the kind of concern there is in the kind of problems she addresses, that are not only very personal but very critical to our health.

It was a pleasure meeting with Dr. Mansour again.. She is very professional, is a person who is easy to talk with for this reason thank you for giving me your time without appointment at the same visit with my husband who without hesitation recommends doctor Mansour. I never felt rushed. She count with a very nice staff who helped me with information for my colonoscopy with her again.

Oxygen that was given gave me an awful sinus infection. I hope there is another option . It has affected me both times I’ve had the procedure done.

I went to her because she was a woman and when I got to the appointment I was taken to the back fairly quickly. Her nurse practitioner came in and he was a guy. No one came in the room prior to him entering and asked me if I was ok seeing a male doctor. He had a few questions to ask her and she came in and she kept getting me confused with another patient. She kept mentioning things that wasn't in my chart. I get everyone has bad days but I was confused because I went fairly early in the day and would've figured she'd been on top of stuff. I was really disappointed especially since this was my first visit and first impression.

Dr. Mansour is extremely personable and knowledgeable regarding the GI tract. She takes her time and is very thorough with her diagnosis and interventions. I highly recommend seeing her for your GI ailments.

Dr. Mansour is a rarity in her profession, especially in this day and age when doctors take three minutes to talk to you. She takes her time to discuss and explain the course of treatment and values your input. You are a person and not just a number.

She is wonderful, friendly, and best of all she is very thorough an expert at these procedures. I had a colonscopy, felt totally in good hands with Dr. Mansour. She is the best compared to other Austin Gastrointerologists in my opinion.
