Dr. Lili Kung, MD

Doctor to rush. Don't give time to patient to finish talking. Very rude and make you come back for lab result. Charge me to get a copy of my result. I been seeing many doctor office and it the first time ask me to pay for the result. To rush and the way doctor talk always put you down. If patient have low self esteem don't come here. Always pick on you. Only care about how much to charge patient insurance. Staff is rude like the doctor and talk to loud. Don't care about patient health.

Nurses were so friendly, made me feel Comfortable. Dr King on the other hand has no knowledge of what she is doing. She makes you get blood work done just to figure out what you have and when you ask her why is that she says I DONT KNOW...what doctor does that. Not only that she rush my visit because there were Chinese patients waiting to be seen. I will rate her staff a 10 but her -0 as she know nothing and is racist.

This place is a joke, everything is so unprofessional about it. Dr.Kung was on her cell phone searching an answer for my question. She left the door open while she examined me and took my blood. The receptionist was very rude. I would give a minus star if that is possible. DO GO THERE if you want a good and professional health care provider.

I have never had such terrible experience in my life.The front desk is not professional. I waited about more than half hour but she didn't ask to fill the forms. The doctor is so terrible that she just ask you to do the test without the right procedure according to the insuranc insure company. Be careful about your bills.

I've never had such great followup from a doctor before! She called more than once to make sure I had my testing done and discovered a condition that was flying under the radar.

Great, thorough, friendly, no wait, knowledgable, patient.

Dr. Lili is now in her own beautiful, clean, modern office.

Dr. Kung has now opened her own new clean, ultra modern office. Great friendly staff!

I am so glad that she's not with this office anymore and she has her own office now in mamaroneck.She's too good to be working with these people and with that rude nancy.

I have never had such poor care in my life. Huge wait to see Dr., first come basis only, front office staff was loud, dressed like a bag lady, and constantly complained loudly. This person constantly barged into the Dr.'s consultation room without a knock or appology. Happened repeatedly. I hope I dont have to go there again.
