the staff is very non-chalant. my pharmacy faxed refills over to her office for my blood pressure and depression medication and it took them over 3 weeks to ok the medication so in the meantime i was without my medication. They apparently don't understand the urgency of refills which is why i tried refilling over 2 weeks prior to being out of medication. i am leaving for a family emergency and will be gone indefinitely and again, tried to refill medication prior to trip and here it is the day before i leave and no response to drug store. i am definitely looking for a different doctor when i get back

i was referred to Dr Beer from my insurance company as my blood pressure was so high that I was in danger. I tried to refill my prescription for my blood pressure on 01-03 but there were no refills. They faxed paperwork over to Dr Beer. I then subsequently had to refill my 2 other presciptions. The pharmacy faxed something to Dr Beer 01-07 and also 01-13. To date, my pharmacy has not received any response from the doctor. I called and left a message yesterday and asked if someone would call me back to which i was told the pharmacy would call me, REALLY????? Still no update at the pharmacy and when calling today 3 days into no medication for my blood pressure, i was told i needed to come in before they could be refilled. Again, REALLY????? No one called me! My appointment is next week but they refuse to fill my prescriptions until I am seen. So if my blood pressure goes through the roof and something happens, I will be holding her responsible. And I called from work where… all calls are recorded so I have everything that was said. I will be calling my insurance company and lodging a formal complaint and also switching doctors. Good luck to you all

I left after waiting for 1 hour. The staff was impolite and unresponsive. The waiting room looks like a bus depot with a loud TV, uncomfortable plastic chairs and exposed wires running up the walls. The carpet looked dirty. I was a new patient with a 2:15 appointment. After 1 hour I left and will not go back.

Bad office staff, lazy like and unprofessional. !

I started going to this Doctor about two years ago and I'd rather be sick. The wait time is horrible, over an 2 hrs. the first visit and about 1.5 the second. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this doc and her staff, the girls never know what's going on real duh like staff and they move extremely slow. I feel bad for you if you have to call for something because they're even worse over the phone, and my visit with the doc was a waste of time. I was on certain meds before her and she took me off everything the first visit which was fine in the end because I got pregnant shortly after the first visit and you shouldn't take the meds I was on while pregnant. After a year and some months of not dealing with her because I was seeing an o/b for my pregnancy and like I said before I'd rather be sick than deal with her and her staff I went in to get back on my meds I was on and she refused to even write the referrals to see any specialist. I was in the office crying because my ADHD and… depression has gotten out of control and she didn't do anything to help me. This isn't new medicine to me this was something I was on and stopped because she would write the script and didn't make a big deal about it due to me being pregnant and she refused to continue my meds and told me to find a psychiatrist. I guess I'll look for a psychiatrist along with looking for a new pcp also because I won't be going back to her. Sorry for the long babble but if I had my medicine this post would read a lot better.
