Excellent staff and excellent doctor. My kids love her and love the office environment

Dr. Coppa is one of the most caring, compasionate, friendly Dr's I have met. My children had 2 pediatricians prior to Dr. Coppa and I was not completly pleased with the service I had received in their offices. Dr. Coppa's office staff is very friendly and great with my children. It's always a plus when you can take your children to the drs with out them screaming becasue they are terrified and with Dr. Coppa my children go in smiling and leave smiling still. I will recommend Dr. Coppa to everyone I know.

I been there since for about 2 years now and I was so happy to have found the perfect doctor along with awesome staff. Just a nurse and a receptionist and it felt good to have that special connection with all of them. How often can you find a doctors office where your greeted by your name and they always remember your child's name without having to ask "who are we seing today or what's the patients name?". Well all that changed, there's seems to be constant change of staff and it makes you wonder what is going on behind closed doors. Our favorite nurse left and I believe it took 2-3 nurses to finally adjust to a new one and feel comfortable. The receptionist always greeted you with a smile and was very loving and caring. She later did billing and a not so great person replaced her. I was happy to know that she was atleast still there until just the other day I called and received rude service from a new person taking her place. Myra (the billing rep) always knew exactly what I was… talking about and never had to put me on hold for a long period of time to figure out a simple question. These changes make me wonder and consider looking for a more stable office.

My children are patients of Dr.Coppa's and I am very happy to have her. Its really hard to find great doctor's these days. She is very informative and takes the time to explain whats going on and what needs to be done. She follows up on them when they have surgery or have illnesses that have been going on for a long time. Not many doctor's do so. Another point, I love that I never feel rushed during a visit. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding physician!!

My apologies to the above patient for her bad experience in my office. Just want everyone to know that the medical assistant that she is referring to is no longer working for me and has been replaced by a great, very qualified individual. Hiring this person turned out to be a big, unforseen mistake. I just wished the above patient had told me about her experience so that I could take the appropriate action in a timely manner. I take patient feedback very seriously. It is my office policy that any issue that does not conform to the standards of great customer service and top-notch quality medical care result in automatic termination of employment. My best wishes to the above patient, and I hope she is getting the service she deserves at the other office.
