I was induced on a Monday. I was in labor for three days. I was in so much pain for three days. I was begging for a c-section. They finally did one. She never examined me prior to leaving the hospital. I ended up with an infection. It was extremely traumatizing. I actually had to have my general doctor take out my staples.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was formally denied future service, apparently due to the fact that I questioned why I needed surgery and asked for time to make a decision. I never met Dr Pacini, and was blindsided with a recommendation for a D&C. When I refused to commit right away, she became agitated and tried to scare me into agreement. What happened to having the right to make my own medical decisions, and being given enough information to make an educated choice? Don't expect that here.

This office use to be great when they first started accepting my insurance. I had a great dr who is no longer there. Office staff has switched too since then. Last 2 visits noticed change for the worse. Cheat clients out of a 72 hr reminder so they can collect a fee of $30 for scam practice. Their reminder of visit to you is less than 48 hrs and automated after closing so that you are forced to be charged. Most offices call you personally during the DAY, 72 hrs in advance out of courtesy to help you avoid any office fees. Your ethics are underhanded and you just lost a client after the last 3 visits I've had with your office. Front desk and phone staff are rude!

I took my wife to this doctor because my wife is pregnant she establish pregnancy through birth choice. Since since my wife is been established being pregnant by birth choice we are no longer needed to pay a co-pay of $40 this office demanded that we pay or she cannot see the doctor. My wife and I decided to give the office a second chance knowing that the staff do not know what they're doing. We came to her appointment for ultrasound and per our insurance company Kaiser we have a co-pay of $10. We did not know we had a co-pay and no one ever called us from our office. We did call Kaiser the day before we went to this appointment and the advises that there's no co-pay for any ultrasound or seen the doctor if it's in-house office visit if the ultrasound is done in a laboratory like blood work and there's a $10 co-pay.As my wife signed into see the doctor for the ultrasound the lady at the front desk says there's a $10 co-pay my wife or twice and that she did not have a co-pay per her… insurance. The staff members at the front desk up very rude and my wife started getting upset. First of all you're making my wife upset knowing that she's pregnant and getting her stress could cause a miscarriage. The doctor came to the lobby to speak to my wife it was very rude to my wife my wife started crying again. So I got involved I have buys the doctor but the staff for being rude and he should just call the insurance company to verify about our co-pay because we do not understand why the insurance tells us one thing and you guys tell us another thing. She got very rude with me and walked away. So I decided to pay the $10 co-pay then the staff decide to say wait a minute now you have to pay for the delivery of the child and I will be $175 I did not authorize $175 on my credit card I was only there today to see the ultrasound with my wife and the co-pay is $10 the demand of the $175 or they will not see her. Finally my wife went back and we called her and she wanted to the office and the doctor came in to do the ultrasound the doctor asked some questions not unlocked to the ultrasound turn on the lights instead of talking about the baby or the pregnancy she had to give us information or how her staff are very polite to their patients but she does not understand why we were rude. When the doctor told me that my wife and I both like at each other and we decided to tell the doctor that we're knocking to be using your services will be looking for a new doctor so please forward all records when requested. The doctor got very rude picked up the paperwork walked out of the office and slammed the door in our faces. I went to the front receptionist and asked for a refund since we're knocking to be using their services and have them deliver our child because the office is considered unsafe and out of Safehaven the doctor was very rude to us and we don't think we should've been treated that way when we would do not understand why the insurance tells us that we don't have a co-pay but they're demanding money and set of just calling the insurance company with us there to verify so we can understand. My advice is not to do any business with the doctors office or any of the staff there very rude all they care about is getting money for their office and she either patients with disrespect. The only go by what's on the websites of insurance companies but will not call and when you asked for a manager they say you have to call the manager and I'll call you back so that just tells you one thing that they don't really care about their patients.

Horrible experience. Basically seen by nurse practitioners who think they're doctors, only see the doctor for the delivery. And I had to do my own GBS test. Who does that????

I recently had the WORST experience ever! I was recently pregnant, and at my first "appointment", which was basically a meet and greet I advised the nurse that I had been spotting. They ordered blood tests the same day as well as 48 hrs later. After the last test which was on a Wednesday, I did not receive a call about my results. Being that they didn't call I assumed all was well.

Get rid of Dr. Agarwal if you want to stay in business is my advice. Dr. Pacini seems to be a good doctor. Also like Sehwani, but Agarwal has got to go.

I was a patient at the advance women's health when I was pregnant with my baby I actually was seeing dr. Joleen f. But the day I went into labor it was dr. Pacini who came and I couldn't be happier she was nice and had a good sense of humor but most important was all the time she spend cleaning and stitching me back to normal she did an awesome job and took care of my baby too so I'm going back for my second one.

I don't even know what to say about her but just want to talk my talk my experience . I was pregnant and I had a miscarriage and never saw her. I went to emergency room on sat night, and they sent me home and they told me to call my doctor on monday so they can see me I called and I told them what happen and they told me to wait until the date of my apoiment, so I went on thursday her assistant did me an ultrasound and she told me everything look good that everything came out... I wait 3 weeks for my first apoiment
