Dr Lai and staff are very experienced. Dr Lai was a previous ER MD which gave me even more confidence with her care. She is very patient, kind and will LISTEN to your concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Lai is an exceptional doctor. She gives individual attention and is worth the 15 minute wait. She's personable, professional and accurate. I have been a patient of hers for ten years and my children, now young adults have been her patients as well. They prefer no other, and so do I!

This doctor charges $250 for an initial office visit!! WHO ON EARTH CAN AFFORD THOSE FEE'S IN THE CITY OF DETROIT!!! I made an appointment and immediately canceled! I was asked for my insurance info and "what is your copay" and then "we will call back! After verifying my insurance, I was told "you don't have coverage for office visits, so she's gonna have to charge you $250." Outrageous!!!! And for such a poor section of town!!!!
