Dr. Liliana Grigorievn Bordeianou, MD

She did surgery on me and it failed miserably.She is not very skilled, atleast not in my case. I was in pain for months and she ghosted on me. I pleaded to talk to her but she wouldn’t even come over phone. It was some clueless lady at the reception who passed on the messages. I had a terrible experience with her and her office. Left her and went to a surgeon at Dartmouth. He is so kind and courteous and I have been under his care ever since.

What a waste of time. She treated me as if I should know all the answers of my technical questions. Appointment last 5 minutes...for nothing. She barely speaks. Does not explain what you need to know. Didn't give me reasonable answers about recovery. Never coming back again.

I came to see her regarding difficluty in defecating. I gave her all surgeon notes . There was no need for test. 2007 Lahey Clinic She then tells me about biofeed back. Tells me regarding surgery. She already knew what surgeon did. She also knew surgeon did not operate on me. She never told about Baker Anamitosis! Total waste of my time!

YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I saw her for 5 minutes for doing a diagnosis and they charged me 1300$: 840$ for"office visit" and 460$ for the diagnosis exam! I guess sitting in the office waiting for her costs 840$ ("office visit"). They only want to rip you off and take your money. They will choose whatever "charging code" necessary to rip you off. Your pain does not matter. I saw similar doctors for the same conditions and they all charged around 250$ for the same office visit.

Awful doctor. I drove 45 mins and waited for a long time to see her and she spent 5 minutes with me and told me "I won't do surgery for you. You have to live with the pain". Seriously? I found a Dr. who did surgery for me.

The receptionist do not care to help book appointments. Having a history of surgeries and polyps this office rather you die of colon cancer. Not helpful staff. I called another medical and they are able to see me next day. Something is seriously wrong when you can’t see a doctor for urgency. They rather schedule routine office visits instead of help people who really need a doctor. Sad that this office might have a good doctor but terrible receptionist

My daughter, then 21 years old and in her senior year at college, was in another hospital; where, the GI specialist had not succeeded in stopping her gastric bleeding. He asked if we wanted to move her to another hospital. We did. She was admitted to MGH that night. Dr Bordeinaou saw her the next morning and explained the mounting gravity of our daughter's condition should emergency surgery not be performed immediately. Dr. B. did a total colectomy with an ileostomy. There were further surgical revisions which allowed closure of the ostomy and implementation of an internal "J-Pouch" (an amazing procedure!). 11 years later, my daughter has her master's degree, teaches fhigh school English and theater arts full time.She has a wonderful marriage. She participates fully in life. None of this would have been possible had Dr. Bordeinaou and her surgical team not intervened when they did. My family shall be forever grateful.

She is rude and dismissive and cant be bothered.

I was misdiagnosed with rectal cancer at my local hospital in Dover, NH. Went to MGH and received an accurate diagnosis of anal cancer by Doctor. Saved my life. She is the best. Complete trust.

I, 1st went to Dr. Bordeinou in 2006, after 3 surgeries from other Dr's failed to make my problem any better, actually making it way worse, Leaving me in agony. Dr. Bordeinou, took 5 minutes, told me exactly what my problem was & how she would fix it. Surgery went fine, no after problems. feel she saved my life. Now in 2014, I had a similar problem & went right to her, with an appt. the next day, she performed local surgery in office & solved problem right away. She is so down to earth, listens & cares. Would recommend her to anyone.
