Dr. Lilibeth Sanchez, DO

Had 2 failed hernia surgeries (one infected and did not fix, 2nd did not fix), changed doctor and fixed (albeit it took two additional surgeries). Poor follow-up and little dialogue regarding what could be done differently on the 2nd.

Absolutely the best surgeon I have ever used. Prompt, caring, knowledgeable. The patient receives the best possible care and explanation of medical issues and Dr. Sanchez outlined 1-3 different paths to take to correct the issues. Has helped with referrals to other specialists for aftercare, further testing and advice. I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

This Dr. did a biopsy and didnt send the lab enough material to make a determination, then didnt notify the patient of an irregularity in the results, the office didnt send a copy of the report to the patient to notify of the problem. The office didnt return phone calls by the patient to find out test results and then when the patient did find out about a biopsy irregularity the dr was suppose to set up.an appt with a specialist and dropped the ball on that too. The growth is rapidly growing back in less than a month and this dr has done nothing to determine if this is a fast growing cancer and get help in a timely manner. Horrible results and you should find another dr or follow-up on everythi.g yourself to make sure your treatment is done right and you dont lose a loved one. Mistakes like this are unexcusable!!!!!!

She is a very good surgeon dont get me wrong, but the wait is horendous!
