Lillia Marlene Lopez is a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with over 4 years of experience providing counseling services to adult clients who are experiencing the negative effects of depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, and stress. Lillia completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rider University and received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Centenary University. She utilizes an evidence-based approach in order to tailor her practice to best match your individual needs, resulting in an effective and client-focused treatment plan for you. Lillia's eclectic therapeutic methodology includes mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.
