Dr. Lillian Lopez, DO

I thought Dr Lillian Lopez was very good, she listen to what I said, Was very nice .I can not fine one bad thing to say

I have never been treated so poorly by a physician and her staff. The staff was talking negatively about me and I guess didn't realize the door was open. What is worse is that Dr. Lopez obviously told them some information from my appointment with her. I cannot describe how violated I feel....almost to the point of tears.

Not only was Dr Lopez rude and not to be questioned, but her office nurse Jessica talks down and rudely to practically everyone. It's as though they like to try to intimidate all the patients so that everyone will fall in line and do things their way. Your voice is taken away.

I found Dr. Lopez to be very helpful, and she listened to every concern I had. She referred me to two other appointments with other doctors. Her staff called me the same week to schedule those appointments. I think she's extremely professional.

This Dr. is a joke, and so is her staff. The MA was not friendly and acted like I was bothersome to her. When the Dr. came in, I was in the midst of a prescription medication withdrawal and she refused to prescribe me the med I needed, instead she said she would just refer me to a psychiatrist. I told her the medication I was taking if stopped abruptly could cause seizure, coma and death and she still refused to help me. She let me walk out of her office knowing I would have serious consequences. I then called a psychiatrist and told them what was going on, and they gave me an appointment immediately and I got the prescription I needed that afternoon. Her referral for the Psychiatrist came in the mail 2-3 weeks later. Had I waited, I could be dead right now.

She needs to go back to medical school. I was misdiagnosed twice by her. Both were very serious medical conditions. She is rude and does not listen. She is the worst Dr. I have ever gone to.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, esp. if you are a parent recieving WIC for your children. Per my several experiences with this doctor and her staff, I have found them lacking organizational skills, knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. My infant was placed on a special formula per Lopez (if it was medically possible for me, I would breastfeed my infant.) This special formula is offered by WIC, the only thing the doctor has to do is to complete a WIC prescription sheet in full. She is unable to do this correctly, which is placing a hold on me recieving formula for my baby. I have called her office numberous times and the WIC staff has continuely tried to help me to get this doctor to complete the form completely (for over 1 month). It should not be a difficult process, however it is with this busy doctor and her unpleasant staff. I would only recommend this doctor if you enjoy going in circles with her and her uncooparative staff ( calling and going to her office, in… addition to having other health professions attempt to resolve issues with this doctor). The patient care is unacceptable, esp. when it comes to infants and children. Her communication skills and professionalism is void. Attempting to recieve the simpliest of patient care with this doctor and her staff is frustrating and a complete headache. Do not go to this doctor if you value your health and time.
