She tried to persuade me to accept 3 Voluma injections. Two was already too much and one is the norm. I am not particularly overweight or wrinkled as she said herself. Now my face appears deformed! She does NOT tell you ahead of time what you will need and to make arrangements for payment ahead of time. Instead you are confronted (publicly) in front of other hairdressing patrons (she runs her shop out of a hairdresser's salon) to pay a $3000 bill by any means (credit cards, personal check, etc.) immediately. I paid half the bill, as agreed with the other half in installments. She then harasses you by calling you at home, and states that she does not accept installments or payment plans. She then proceeded to threaten to "call the police for shoplifting". Is she off her rocker? Is there any concern for patient confidentiality or ethics any more?

This woman has a HUGE Ego. She has seen to it that my reviews of the mistake she made under my eye with filler is taken off Yelp. I went as far as joining Angie's List so I can get the review out there. When I wrote the TRUE review on Yelp, she actually contacted other patients and asked them to make theirs positive to offset mine and I have proof. If she had given me my money back instead of giving me a 5 page contract to sign for a lousy $500 if I didn't write anything negative about her, she would have never heard from me again. My lawyer advised me against signing.

Dr Overman has injected fillers and Botox with little discomfort. I was very pleased with the results.
