Dr. Lilly Lichung Chang, MD

she was my assigned PCP and she offered to the do the gyno exam. the absolute worst doctor i have ever met, don't ever let her touch you. i was in so much pain from the gyno exam i screamed and she proceeded to say "I know you have a lot of sex so this shouldn't hurt". just the absolute worst, stay far away from her.

Her bio looked good so I selected her as my primary physician but after my first visit with her I think I'll look for someone else. She is not very personable and does not go beyond status quo. I kept getting the run-around for a referral she sent and she wasn't very helpful in getting it sorted.

Dr. Chang is not my primary physician. I was not feeling well, and needed a last minute appointment and was booked with Dr. Chang. She's not too personable, in all fairness she conducted tests per my complaints and I believe she has led me to the right direction as too what is causing my symptoms, thus far no other doctor at Kaiser has conducted the blood samples she has however after my results(which were terrible) she made no attempt to contact me. I sent her an email, and til this day I have not heard from her. I had to contact my primary physician and he submitted a referral for me. I understand she is not my primary physician however I was still a patient of her, and I was clearly stressed out and frantic about my results the least she could have done was follow-up with me after I sent her an email. Also when you ask her a question she will answer it very vaguely almost as though no answer.Overall she seems bright and knows her stuff buttttttt she also seems a bit cold.

She is caring and spends the necessary amount of time to get to know you and your issues. She is professional amd yet very personable. I would recommend her to anyone with Kaiser.
