I do not know how this Dr. took my personal information they use people information they search probably online and start sending you text messages with marketing information. I'm been getting junk text messages for the past three months. Today I receive a message wishing me happy birthday that means they know my birthday as well. Just becareful I don't know how they obtain my birthday I hope they don't have my socail security number.

If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. I Went to this dermatologist years ago in Astoria but what sticks out to me was that the whole visit seemed rushed, and my expectations were not met. I found her and her staff to be a bit harsh in my treatment and encounter, I was never given a follow up appointment and my acne became worst. After that experience i never wanted to go back anyway .

My husband had a very thorough and reassuring experience with Dr. Rose and treated very kindly by Juanita. He came home very pleased. They actually waited for him to arrive as they were getting ready to leave for the day! And after speaking to Juanita twice on the phone about my anxiety about his concern, her compassion AND patience was very much appreciated. So, there are angels in our midst. Ann Long ?????
