Dr. Lily Kao, MD

This is for the staff of Dr Lily Kao . They dont even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service . Disrespectful , rude , impatient and insulting over the phone.they need an inservice on customer care. I am a nurse and have dealt with a lot of difficult patients and their family but you never disrespect them and still deal with them in a professional way. The staff of Dr Kao is very unprofessional . I have never ever experienced the worst customer service from Dr Kao’s staff over the phone.

Dr Kao was by far the rudest Doctor I have ever seen. My wife had a shoulder issue and she would not listen to our questions and kept interrupting us when we tried to talk to her. I can see why she is rated a 2-3. I wanted to ask her one question about my shoulder to see if she felt I need to make a appointment and she wouldn’t listen to my question and said” go to the front counter to make an appointment “.Well that didn’t happen. She also kicked my granddaughter and I out of the room. I then went to the front lobby and asked the supervisor, Vivina Silva’s to get my wife before the Doctor touches her and she didn’t get her. I tried to go to the room and they wouldn’t let me saying she’s the patient not me. Another rude and non listening person was Jon Kishl whom I also told him the same thing and he wouldn’t let me talk to my wife as well and wouldn’t get her so I can talk to her in the lobby.He ended up kicking my granddaughter and I out of the office, threatening to call the… police to do so. The rest of the staff there were professional and kind

So happy to find competent doctor, before I did not get treatment so distortion and pain grew. Now the progression has been stopped or substantially slowed. Relief is good. Thanks Dr. Lily Kao.
