Dr. Lily Love, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

This doctor is rude and arrogant. Had a simple nasal polyp that turned into a huge drama due to her unwillingness to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. DO NOT GO HERE. They keep this doctor around though many reviews state she is rude and incompetent!

With a name like Dr. Love, you might expect to be seen with at least a bit of gentility, but I found her rather cold, rushed, and detached. It was odd to say the least. She is a young doctor with definitely some room to develop her interpersonal skills with her patients. In time.

Insisted on CT scan immediately, and no other tests, did cursory exam only because I insisted, and failed to address my concerns about soft tissue injury. Whole office seemed oriented toward getting as much from insurance as possible, and information regarding test scheduling was misleading resulting in delay. Big waste of time; still need to find a doctor for evaluation and treatment because what this doctor did was totally inadequate and unacceptable, and original issue sent for referral is getting worse.

She was very understanding and compationate when l saw her. She did explain the process of what she was doing. She even offer to help fix a unrelated issue to my initial visit that has been a life long issue. I will be having surgery to fix these thing and feel.confident in her.

It's not every day that you find a doctor you feel you can trust, I really like Dr. Love a lot. She helped me immensely with a painful nose infection I had, and was warm and even recommended a doctor I should go to for a completely unrelated issue who incorporates natural medicine into her treatments when she found out I was interested in this. It's so strange to read bad reviews of doctors who you feel relieved to have found, because there are so many bad, irresponsible doctors out there, so I'm sorry to hear about the last persons experience who reviewed her. It's kind of a mystery how someone can have such a good experience and another such a bad one. But mine was good. I just wanted to put in my two cents.

no music or magazines in waiting area. no space for child patients. dr. did not look me in the eye whole time i was inthe office, kept typing on her lap top. did not want to see my records that i had brought with me, thrust a scope down mythroat without expaining what she has doing..... finally had the audacity to tell me she "knew that I was disappointed that i wasn't sick!!!this was 2 months after i had initially booked the appointment because I was sick! I was a new patient waiting to get in.also she booked a CT scan without my permission. and Iwas called and told when to arrive. this was annoying becausei had already determined not to EVER return.
