Dishonest Doctor! Although I initially liked the doctor, her recent deceptive billing practices following my visit last October 2024, and her failure to honor her word, cause me to move on. Bait & Switch billing practices - I recently received a bill for $158. three plus months after paying in full at the time of the appointment as shown clearly on my RECEIPTS. She changed the billing of my visit when she submitted it to insurance months later to make more money. This was done without my knowledge or approval. Additionally, the glasses Lili sold me are not right. $600. wasted, and now she's trying to get even more! Buyer beware and don't believe anything Lili tells you or even puts in writing. I've learned that lesson! I will be filing complaints with the proper authorities.

Update is on my initial review below the update. Update: 2/14/2025 I will not be back! Although I liked the doctor, her disreputable billing practices following my visit last October, and her failure to honor her word, cause me to move on to an experienced honest doctor for my future needs. Be careful when dealing with her as she has demonstrated money is more important than integrity for her. Sad to write this, but don't want others to be hurt. Initial review - Excellent service - I was kept informed throughout the process and everything was explained. All of my concerns were addressed. I've been wearing contacts for 30+ years and this was the most comfortable appointment I've ever experienced. Convenient location and a friendly staff. Thank you Dr Sanfilippo, I'll be back! 2/14/2025 - I will NOT be back!!
