Sooo... I’ve been a PT here for a couple of years.. this is what leads me to leave a terrible review... I took 3 at home pregnancy tests that came up positive. Before I was able to be seen so regular pregnancy gynecological exam (she was booked, I did make the first available appointment) I ended up having bad pains in my stomach and lower back that brought me to the emergency room at coney island. Blood test at CI hospital confirmed my pregnancy, however, my hormone level was so low that they weren’t sure if I was miscarrying or in the early stages of pregnancy. Counting from my missed. I would have only been 3 1/2 - 4 weeks pregnant. My ultrasound came up negative and did not do a vaginal sonogram at the hospital. The hospital told me to follow up in two days with my personal gynecologist, to see if my hormone levels rise, which I did, which leads me to my exam today. As I’m sitting being triaged, the medical assistant had absolutely no idea what I was talking about,… her English was terrible. I was pointing to my discharge papers showing her what needed to be done. A short while later I ended up in an exam room. The midwife came in and was such a sweetheart, she said that she would do bloodwork but I would have to come back for an ultrasound because the doctor wasn’t in. The doctor is never in. Personally I think she takes on way too much responsibility for her own good. A short while later I ended up in an exam room. Anyway, I told her that I was Rh negative, that I needed a shot, this is extremely important to my health. she said I will call the doctor and see if she can order it for me. She comes back on the cell phone and hand me the phone and Dr. Tse was on the line, doctor told me to go back to the emergency room for bloodwork. She refused a follow up appointment after I’ve been sitting there for two hours. She refused to do any type of exam on me as a follow-up to a possible miscarriage. Can you imagine? She told me to go sit in the emergency room for hours just for bloodwork. Isn’t this part of her job? Let’s get something very clear also, when I made this appointment two days ago I was very specific with the girls on the phone with why I was coming and what I needed. She has got to be the worst doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life, not only is she rude but her bedside manners suck. Karma will strike her. Thank you for making me feel like a worthless piece of crap during such a rough time.

I was a patient of Dr Tse during my recent pregnancy and ended up having my baby delivered at a different hospital by the on-call staff because I couldn’t endure being traumatized by doctor Tse and her staff anymore. Her sonogram technitian made several mistakes during my pregnancy, among a few that my baby had a heart defect, would weigh over 10pounds and my fluid was dangerously low. NONE OF THIS WAS MEDICALLY CORRECT. My baby was just over 6pounds at birth, my fluid was perfect and she is super healthy. I delivered within 5 hours and it was a super easy deliver. Dr Tse mentioned several that a Csection would be needed due to blood pressure. This office was nothing but rude and after getting yelled at several times and being told my baby was gonna die due to my actions I felt like I needed to warn other pregnant moms to NOT do this to themselves. Stay away from this office please.

Terrible doctor. You can't even ask her questions and once you do she cuts you off. She is too uptight thinks she been working in the field for years that she doesn't need to hear paitents out.
