Dr. Lin Lu Chang

I've had 2 extractions done by Dr. Chang and am currently in the process of getting 2 crowns. I've already had the 2 root canals and am just waiting on the crowns to come in. I have had nothing but top quality service from Dr. Chang's office in Lewisville. Very caring and careful. She will recommend what to do in any situation and will make sure that you are comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely make her my permanent dentist.

This place took me by suprise how efficient they can be. My son's dentist has told us he need to see an oral surgeon for his wisdom teeth. He was in a lot of pain so we stopped by this place just trying to get some pain medicine to make to the two weeks appointment. The doctor was really nice to work with kids. She really understood them and very experienced. I first thought she was the assistant, sorry. The extraction was done on the spot with the helpful staff got the insurance done in short notice. I even got my denture fixed there and referred my mom to got her problem fixed a week later. This is a wonderful place. If you are in pain you know this is a place you should try first. I wish you guys have the five stars or I will rate that one!

I took my 4 and 8 year old here because their regular dentist was not able to handle my 4 year olds cavities. The first visit was okay for my daughter they clerk notified that i have good insurance and that everything is covered except sedation. They then came back later and said they need to do a root canal on my 4 year old and she would need IV sedation. I agreed due to the urgency and scheduled an appt to come back because she needed to fast. When i came back, there was no IV sedation. They gave her laughing gas and had her drink a solution. The solution did not work the dental helper claimed her body was "fighting the "sedation"". They then began to numb her gums because she was screaming uncontrollably and i advised that she is in fact in pain however they continued to work on her despite my warnings that they may want to wait for the numbing to "kick in". It still did not so they numbed her 2 more times with the needle and immediately began to complete the root canal. Dr… Chang did not wait even a minute for the numbing to take effect she kept telling me my daughter was crying because of the noise. NOT TURE. I also forgot they also stated they had to do a root canal on another tooth in her mouth and they never even took any xray of her teeth. Long story short my 4 year old went through a root canal with maximum pain (the medicine finally kicked in when we were almost home) - the office charged or 2 root canals and only did one because I have "good insurance". They also claimed my 8 year old (who had been to her regular dentist a month earlier to have her cavities filled) had 3 new cavities because the others may have "fallen out". They are liars and scumbags who just want insurance money- DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
