Dr. Lin Li, MD

I have seen Dr. Li twice now and found him to be informative and willing to make recommendations as to my antihypertensive med management for the purpose of reducing the adverse impact upon my kidney function of several of my antihypertensives which should prove helpful. He took the time to explain why and what he was doing this and also to answer all my questions as to etiology and prognosis of my current kidney function. I don't know that there is anything more that he could've done to enhance the visit.

I would not recommend this provider. The care is very disconnected and communication is poor. Nursing staff is not able to get a hold of the provider to provide necessary documents. Referrals were delayed and required multiple follow-ups. No communication was provided around steps for completing additional testing which almost led to tests having to be redone. You must be proactive and reach out to the office and staff to inquire about results or referrals. Nurse working with provider was very rude and continually made excuses. This doctors seems to work at too many different facilities which makes getting information from him very difficult. I did not feel comfortable or confident with his level of communication to have him continue to manage my care. Disappointed in my experience, as all other aspects of Evergreen Health have been positive.

Dr. Li does not take his oath at a dr. seriously. He committed to take on a new patient currently on dialysis due to some issues with the current dr. and upon hospitalization. When the patient transferred records over and attempted to see Dr. Li he declined to take that patient on. Without giving a reason in writing. And then blocking the patient from seeing anyone in the practice. Which caused the current dr. to retaliate. With an attempt to remove the patient from the transplant list. I hope that you do not choose to see him. His ethics seem to be in question.
