Absolutely love Dr. Bernstein, Crystal Trahan, and all of the staff at this facility. Dr. Bernstein delivered my first child and Crystal Trahan, who is a CNM at Her Complete Healthcare, delivered my second. I couldn’t have asked for better care for me or my babies!!!

I went to this quack when my bf at the time recommended to have her deliver our child. She has no emotion, has no care in the world except money and during birth she was very rude about my holistic approach to the delivery. I paid for the umbilical cord saved as this is a big part and the cord was throw away!!! I’m furious I wanted to sue but did not at the time since my ex was friends with these people. I had a friend/doula present for my birth which doctor Berstein thought was a joke by rolling her eyes constantly. I did not want to use any drugs and deliver natural but she kept insisting that I did because I was in pain but got forced into something I did not want! I am beyond furious still and cannot get my time or money back from this horrible doctor.

This is the worst doctor I have ever used. The staff didn't enter my medicine correctly, therefore nearly prescribing me something that would have given me a stroke. The doctor didn't think it was abnormal that I was having a 7 month long menstrual cycle along with abnormal pain. When I would call I would be placed on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. When I finally did beg for an ultrasound to be done, no one ever called with the results, I went on my own to pick them up from the place that did them. When I asked if my insurance covered a certain procedure they said yes and wanted to schedule it. When I got a new OB/GYN they told me that no in fact that procedure was NOT covered. The wait time in her office was very long. I have never left a negative review before but felt in this case I had to. The doctor is obviously understaffed for the high patient amount that she has taken on.

Dr. Linda Bernstein is professional in her manner, she treats you with dignity when speaking about delicate issues about your body, she listens..all around great doctor. She took the time to explain to me the things I didn't understand. I made her my doctor after the first visit.

Refused to see girlfriend bc she was 6-7 months along in pregnancy. We have insurance, dr'. has openings. please tell me the problem

Dr.Bernstein is the most amazing OBGYN I have ever seen. She makes you feel comfortable and will answer any question or concern you have. They office is clean and the staff is friendly. I am currently expecting twins and wouldn't go anywhere else (I literally drive an hour just to see her). Don't look any further if you want someone is honest and caring that you can trust she is the best.

My pregnancy was a HUGE surprise and she and her staff made me so comfortable. They are all very knowledgeable and kind. I primarily saw her partner, Dr. Sheena Dillon who is AWESOME!! She has an excellent bedside manner and explains things thoroughly. My experience with this office has been nothing but enjoyable. I am in the medical field and have very high expectations. They surpass them all!! Keep up the great work!!

Great dr, as well as friendly staff. The "pink hair not making her professional" is a very ignorant comment. It's sad the way people are judged solely on appearance, not on skill level.She is very dedicated to her work, and very knowledgeable in what she does. I'm one happy first time mom, wouldn't choose any other doctor.

Dr Berstien and her assitant both had pink hair. They had you bring your urine sample to the front desk, where they also have some candy. The doctor doesn't show any reaction or emotion to anything you say. And if you still decide to go bring a sheet because the little paper gown they give you hardly covers anything.
