I went for an appointment with her for a pain that Iwas having in my head she was talking about my spanish background and spend more time than the reason that I went to visit her. I am a veteran and the first thing she told me was thaI will lose my driving licence. I had never drink alcohol and neither did I had any problem with the Department of Vehicle. I don't smoke and dont use cell phone while driving . Glad that I check her RATING

i reported her to the gov accountability office.

she told me i would be deceased in five days if i didnt take insulin. she had no lab tests and i dont have diabetes

She is a terrible Dr. All she wants to do is push you out the door. Veterans deserve better than her. Ask for a different Doctor!!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Bortugno since theretirement of her predecessor Dr. Anderson in 2000 since the clinic openedshe and I have had our disagreements as with any Dr. ,however the have been for the best!! She is very caring!! I recommend her to anybody!!!keep up the good work Dr. B.
