Dr. Linda Nowzaradan Boxum, DO

My husband and I've been patient's now about 17yrs. Maybe longer. We love Dr Linda and Michael Boxum! Plus their amazing staff especially rec/nurse Linda!!!! The past few weeks there is something not right going on with your practice and i pray your both well. All of you, but you've failed me as a patient. My last visit i told Michelle my flector patches were getting low. The script that was last filled in 2018. The patches i use for my back pain when I'm desperate and that's all i take for pain. Since i can no longer go to my chiropractor to get my ribs popped back into place because they pop out as soon as i get then popped back in they've both been out for over a wk now and I'm in severe pain and all i wanted was my flector patches that were called in. My script has been sitting at Walgreens for over a wk now!!!BUT When i finally got through to Michelle she said she'd call my pre auth in. She never did. I called my gyno Dr. Weise just so he could verify my back issues for my… insurance with the 1 800 #..hes not in...i called my chiropractor he can't because he's not an md, i called Dr. Nendondovic personally because he even personally cut me open and fused my spine but as of yesterday i think his hands are tied as well because i haven't seen him in yrs! My insurance tried, walgreen's has called your office multiple times, i even did teladoc and they can't get my script for me either. Only your office can!! One easy call! As you know I'm not a drug seeker never have been. I feel sorry for any patients that need actual medicine to save their lives and can't get it right now because all they need is a pre auth. Also, Don't worry about Dustin's environmental rash that he gets at work working the oil tank fields. Its not from his FRC'S its its something he touches at the refinery and we have teletoc and we will use them now. I know Dustin is stubborn and hasn't been in to see you, but we can get help elsewhere. IF your in today please make copies of both of medical records we no longer need your help. You failed us miserably and i just pray your well. No hard feelings

I’ve been going to Linda and her husband Michael since I was 14 years old. They know me so well from my sniffles to my cough and they are never wrong. I tell them what’s going on and they got it instantly! Other doctors rush and brushes you to the side but The boxums doesn’t, they actually take the time to listen and help. Very grateful for them I wouldn’t trust any other doctor.
