I've been a patient of Dr. Linda Brown for over 2 years I think that she is wonderful shes very patient, listens to any questions or answers you might have and she will explain what she's about to do her staff is very professional and nice. The wait time isn't long at all.

Dr Linda Brown is by far the best obgyn doctor i have ever seen. She always makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns and answers all many questions.v do yourself a favor and call to see her.

Front Office Staff entered my insurance information incorrectly after I informed them that Medicare should be Primary. Doctor and nurse spoke of personal issues during my whole visit. Did not listen to my complaints or examine me thoroughly because of this distraction and not listed in my medical record. When I call, I am placed on hold for more than 20 minutes or longer (and I am only 1 in que).

Every time I see Dr. Linda Brown I am greeted by the best office staff. Check in is fast and efficient. A very little wait, less than 5 minutes before I was brought in for my vitals. That was performed by a very friendly nurse/MA who chatted and made feel comfortable. She let you know how things were previously and compared to how they were now. Then brought into the exam room. Dr. Brown came in only a few minutes later, asked questions about my health within the last year, any changes. Did my pap. Asked if she could answer questions. I was in and out in just a little over a half hour. My feeling a job well done. I never felt rushed at all.

Dr. Brown is an all-around excellent physician. Her bed side manner is unmatched and the professional yet friendly nature of her and her office staff make scheduling, your visit and any follow up questions a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone in the Richmond, Va area.

Dr Brown is AMAZING!! She takes her time & answers your questions. Her bedside manners are GREAT! She was ready & entering the room before I was undressed! Great Dr & staff! Her nurse is also VERY sweet!
