Dr. Linda Marie Burstynowicz, MD

Only had her a year and she's plain terrible ! She acts like she's gods gift to medicine. Short, talks over me, won't listen. Took away a medicine from me I've taken for 17 years. Run from her. Avoid at all costs !!

Rude. I need to lose weight. I'm aware of this. I'm also aware it's my doctors job to tell me that when I'm there for a checkup. That's never been a problem for me in the past. As others have said, it's her attitude. She literally said 'that's *really* big' regarding my weight as if she isn't setting there overweight herself. She also likes to bring up weight when I would go for things like a sore throat or worsening anxiety. Meanwhile she offered no real suggestions other than ' diet & exercise. '

Terrible person and doctor all around. I have been really sick with tachycardia, weight loss, fatigue, severe hairloss, heart palpitations, stomach problems and so on. I wanted her to check my vitamins and thyroid for hashimotos, she refused to look deeper into my thyroid, she made me feel so awful about asking, and kept refusing to run these blood tests. She seemed really judgemental and would not listen to my problems, or even let me finish a sentences. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I got up and walked out in tears.

I had an all day headache on a Thursday that nothing with take away. By that evening, I had the chills of a fever. Took pills, fever broke. The next day, the same thing. Saturday, I still had the headache, random fever, no change. Sunday my bottom teeth hurt when I bit down and I could barely chew, still had the headache. Monday morning I woke up at 4am with the worst headache of my life. Took pills, tried to go to sleep, decided around 10 to go to the ER because I could not function. They did a CT scan, bloodwork, and viral panel for the fever, all normal. Treated the migraine, did not fully take it away. Told me to follow up with PCP or come back if not better. Went to PCP on Tuesday. All she did was listen to my heart. I told her the whole story asked for an antibiotic since my viral panel was clean and I still had a random fever and headache and was dismissed that it was viral. Went back to the ER on Wednesday and had a bad UTI that needed an antibiotic to treat. Worst PCP. If she… bothered to listen or care and tried to do something to figure out what was wrong, I could've been getting better instead of spending more money at the ER.

she's definitely not a personable physician and while not outwardly judgmental, it definitely shows in ways that i believe she believes are subtle.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Burstynowicz. She does not listen and recommends her own thing, not from the symptoms presented by patient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not so skinny herself had a lot to say about my weight. After asking for bloodwork to check for Thyroid, because I havr tried everything. The only thing she was worried about suggesting was weight loss surgery, three times. Wouldn't even give me a script for routine bloodwork. Aweful and disrespectful. This is the reason I HATE going to the doctor, doctors like this, Hypocrites. You need to go to the gym too, Dr Burstynowic, just saying. What is your weight? Just a guess 220 OVERWEIGHT SO SUCK ON THAT.

She is always very through, courteous and caring. The office is very neat and clean.Office staff is the best, they help me with any referals I need as well as sending the boys school physicals when I need them.
