Dr. Linda Kraus Chase, MD

The newest member of our Family Birth Care team, Dr. Linda Zak joins Dr. Thomas Carver in focusing on the care and development of babies in TrinityÂ’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit. She is board certified in Neonatal and Pediatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Zak brings more than 20 years of experience to the care of newborns, including 10 years at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, a Level III nursery. A Notre Dame graduate, she earned her medical degree at Loyola University in Chicago and completed her pediatric residency at ChildrenÂ’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit. Her neonatology fellowship was completed at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. For the past 20 years she has practiced at Florida hospitals in Tallahassee, St. Petersburg and Orlando. Her experience also includes medical mission work in Russia and elsewhere oversees.
