Dr. Linda Ning Chen

Dr. Linda N. Chen earned her D.D.S. degree in 2000 at University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco.  She did her undergraduate work at University of California at Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics/Molecular Cell Biology.
Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Chen practiced in the heart of Silicon Valley, in San Jose and Sunnyvale, before starting Dublin Family Dentistry in 2007.  Throughout her eleven years of practice, Dr. Chen has dedicated hundreds of hours to continuing her professional education, particularly studying the latest advances in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with the ultimate goal of overall dental wellness.  Dr. Chen is certified in the practice of Invisalign orthodontics, as well as being a current Invisalign patient.  She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Southern Alameda County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  Dr. …Chen loves to participate in the Give Kids A Smile event, where she gets a chance to give back to the community by delivering free dental services to low-income and needy children.
Dr. Chen is very passionate about dentistry and the care she provides to her patients of all ages.  She strives to take the utmost care of all her patients, ensuring that each patient’s needs and concerns are addressed and met.  She takes time to listen and develop personalized care so that each patient leaves with a positive experience.  She is very open and is available to talk with her patients in person, by phone, and e-mail. 
Dr. Chen specializes in providing gentle dental care, especially for patients who are not used to going to the dentist on a regular basis.

Originally from New York City, Dr. Chen has called the Bay Area home for more than 34 years.  She has been actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area for the last seven years as a Big Sister mentor to Miss Caitlin.  When Dr. Chen is not in the office, she can be found on a short hike or road trip in the back roads of the Bay Area.  When possible, Dr. Chen likes to venture out and travel, most recently to Paris, Venice, and Rome.  Fuji, a chihuahua, and Dizzy, a mini-dachshund, are two puppies she adores and enjoys spending time with.
