Linda Chermak is a wonderful provider who genuinely cares for her patients and gets to know them on a personal level. She consistently tries to dig down to the root of the problems, helping to navigate complex acute or chronic conditions utilizing best evidence-based practice and individualized approach. She is not the kind of doctor who will simply offer band-aids to your problems. She is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention and it shows during every single visit either I or my family members had with her. We greatly appreciate having a doctor like her as our PCP. She is truly on your team! She always chooses to CARE! Thank you !

I was assigned to Dr Chermak and initially, was concerned about her ability to work with my specialized needs arising from a severe auto accident. She not only meets my care needs, but is quick to explore and discuss different treatment options for my health condition.

Dr Chermak is a Dr that actually shows care and concern of her patients. She is very knowledgeable in many issues of health and issues. I love the fact that she and her staff treat patients as the individual person that they are. She always has a smile when she walks into the room and most importantly, truly remembers who you are. She is kind, courteous, yet, professional. We couldn't have found another like her or her staff.

Dr. Chermak is great with patient interactions explaining medical conditions, treatments, medications, and what to expect with a given condition. She is a great Doctor who shows real concerns for her patients.
