Dr. Linda Levita Clark, MD

Had been going for over year. Missed a random because I didn't have a ride this was the second or third Not to mention at my initial appt instead of a tb skin test I was given and expired Flu shot.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am an emergency contact for someone who goes to Dr Clark for suboxene and other forms of medication. I called to ask about his appointment and the manager told me I was "going off" on her for asking a question. Never once did I raise my voice. Dr clark and the manager then proceeded to tell me they will terminate the patient because I called ONE time. I then started crying getting scared because he is on his last day of medication and the manager laughed at me and she said "okay good bye good bye". This office is the most unproffesional staff I have ever dealt with in this midst of my husbands addiction. This is the first time he has done well and to threaten to dismiss him knowing he would relapse because I called them one time is emotionally traumatizing to me and so hurtful. I hope you choose wisely before you go to this doctor she is just not right,

relies on other doctors to make decisions. avoid
