Took my 20 year old daughter with a lifetime history of chronic asthma & symptoms of bronchitis in to Immediate Care where she saw Dr Cripe. She had already been on antibiotics a week yet was not responding. Dr Cripe listened to her chest, told her she couldn't hear anything in her chest, & tried to prescribe more of the same antibiotic she's been on for a week. When pressed she ordered a chest x-ray where a "spot" was found indicating infection. Really? She then ordered a different antibiotic (following objection to prescribing the same as before). Pressing further, she agreed a steroid treatment might help & prescribed that as well along with a cough suppressant which we won't be using. No inhaler. No meds for the nebulizer. No indication of concern that my daughter was still running a fever & struggling to breathe after a week on meds. No guidance for what to do should my daughter still not improve. Not impressed & won't be returning to see her again.
