I would give this doctor zero stars if I could. I came multiple times and had to wait over an hour two times to be seen. With a 4 month and then 6 month old this is absolutely unacceptable and is a reflection on how poorly Dr. Dahl runs her office and patient calendar. I experienced multiple terrible experiences with this office. My first appointment here was a positive experience. At three weeks old, Dr. Dahl performed a frenectomy. The office was full of patients and we greatly appreciated the lactation support we received from a technician after seeing Dr. Dahl. The wait was approximately 20 minutes. My second appointment - we returned when my son was six months old. We returned as we were told the frenectomy did not work and the tongue tie had grown back. Dr. Dahl uses scissors and not a laser so often her procedures need redos. We waited over an hour for Dr. Dahl to see us. She diagnosed that 'it really wasnt very bad' and recommended we proceed by injecting… steroids under the tongue to help dissipate the scar tissue as an intermediate step to a second frenectomy. Once she was done and I went to check out, the staff person behind the desk was having a bad day. She snapped at me multiple times and cut me off when I tried to correct the insurance information the office had one file. I was so upset at being treated so rudely that I asked to speak with a manager. She got up from her desk, yelled 'there is no manager here' and walked out of the room. I had a lactation specialist present who experienced the entire incident and comforted me after I burst into tears (still very hormonal) at the interaction. She has helped in communicating this terrible experience throughout her network as lactation specialists ofter provide recommendations for ENT doctors. My third visit was to communicate to Dr. Dahl the terrible experience I had had with her staff and to check up on the scar tissue. I was left in a patient room across the hall with no one else in that part of the office for 90 minutes. No one came and checked on me the entire time despite the fact that I checked in on the doctor *twice*. I finally left in frustration as my baby was hungry and frustrated saying 'never again'. We ended going to Dr. Siegel (who does all of Dr. Dahl 'redo's' who immediately saw us and provided the exact services we had been hoping for)...there was no wait time, he was incredibly attentive, informative, and wonderful with our then eight month old son. Dr. Siegel is out of network, which is why we initially went with Dr. Dahl, but had to come back multiple times b/c Dr. Dahl's work was incomplete. Also, Dr.Siegel stands by his work and wont charge you for follow up sessions like Dr. Dahl does b/c he's work has such a low rate of return. Just so you know - knowing that I walked out and was upset, and knowing I never came back, this doctor never attempted to follow up with me and apologize or get me to come back. Do you want that kind of a doctor? We do not. Parents - seeing your child have to go through multiple frenectomies are not worth the money, your time and their pain - just go to Dr. Siegel. If you do a little more online research you will see that this is the overwhelming opinion on parents websites and blogs.

Very unprofessional.. same when the staff!! She got a little girl running her office when she has right being an office manager know wondering the office is falling apart.. get a real office manager to run your office dr.not a little girl!!!

I go to Dr. Dahl for ear wax cleaning and although it is not a major procedure, it still nice to have a pleasant and interested Docotr.

Her staff is awesome. it was a little wait, however it was well worth it. The doctor is thorough and was able to diagnose me when no one else could find out what was wrong with me. She directed me to the right people and I owe her my life!!!

She was very efficient and staff was lovely.

Dr. Dahl was super! She is an excellent doctor with a terrific bedside manner!! Beautiful office and waiting room!!

My first appointment was 1.5 late.Then Dr.Dahl sent me to do do cat scan. I was supposed to get a call back to schedule a new appointment after dr Dahl reviews the results.Nobody ever called me back.I called the office a week later and was told that the doctor will call me following week. She never did.I then sent her (office) an email asking to contact me and saying that not following up with a patient is not a professional behavior.I never heard back from Dr Dahl or her office.I am really disappointed with her.

I waited for over an hour after my appt time to see the doctor. Once I got some time with her, I got the attention I needed but the thing that really bugged me about this visit is that they make you sign an agreement to arrive 15 minutes prior to an appt but then made me wait over an hour after my appt time. I don't think this is fair or respectful.

- excellent overall experience, the surgery was beyond any expectations, after having researched "septoplasty" all over the internet. - am really excited I took the decision to get this surgery done, and especially with Dr. Linda Dahl. I can say that I can truly breathe now :)

When my 5 year old wasn't responding to antibiotics for an ear infection, Dr. Dahl took a call from us on a friday night - from out of town!! Her advice was spot on perfect and saw us w/o an appointment on monday. She is also a caring and competent surgeon that placed tubes in both of my children's ears without complications.
