Linda Di Toro is just rude and condescending. She ridicules you if your opinion is NOT that of which SHE believes. She does NOT take into consideration that you're the parent and you know your child BEST!! -She has ZERO bedside manners and is very, very rude. Take your child and run out of that place.

I have been going to Premier Pediatrics for over 7 years. I have over looked many mistakes this office has made with my three children. Today however when I had it with them once again making a mistake and forgetting to put my autistic sons well visit appointment in the computer and treating me like they were doing me a favor by giving me an appointment and rolling their eyes at me. When I questioned why patients were taken before me I was spoken very nasty in front of the entire office and when I wouldn't stand for it, Phyllis, the office manager, threw me out. I am at a complete loss for words. No professionalism on their part. At all. Phyllis's answer was just "where is your appointment card?" And "people roll their eyes at me all the time ma'am". Terrible.

It's like a baby mill very hard to see the DR they always try to push the PA on you there very short with you on the phone and talk at you instead of to you expecially if you have a billing question to the office Manger or billing Manger who ever she was spoke to my wife like we dirt bags for questioning there billing methods and why they were billing insurance for "Denver Development Testing" a test that is suppose to be conducted by a DR for a minimum of 21 minutes as they observe the child to make sure the child is at he/she milestones... instead they make a assistance come in before the DR and ask 4-6 yes or no question in less then a minute with her back to us and our child to me it's nothing more then a scam to bill my insurance more money and give me a second Co-pay when asked about it I was told if $10 is causing you hardship maybe you should else where with your children......really terrible

The office tries to push PA on the patient every time even after telling them I prefer to see a real Dr...PA misdiagnosed, has no bedside manner and is nasty. The office manager is his wife and makes it very difficult for a patient to see a Dr after she finds out you've refused her husband...they terminated our relationship after the PA made a major oversight that could have been detrimental to my children...instead of apologizing they gave me the boot...do not recommend!

horrible place every doctor has a different answer, they rush in and out of the room, wait time in office is 30 mins or longer, 0 beside manner not even a follow-up or check up call

This practice is all about the $. The doctors are hippies. They dont care.

I was refused a visit for my sick child because the office said I had a balance that I did not know I had. I said I would be happy to come in with payment and they said they couldn't see her, that I should call the next day to speak to the office manager. I asked if Dr. DiToro could call me and she never did. I had to go to another pediatrician who saw my child right away with NO appointment (Dr. Koplow - who I highly recommend - a true doctor). I have called for the office manager for the last four days and every time I call she left already. Dr. DiToro changed from being a doctor to a business owner. I cannot believe I was turned away after going to her for years.

does not visit hospital during emergency situations rather admits you under general care. Doesn't make an effort to call or follow up once your there either. If it's not a cold or something that can be treated in office she cant be bothered. Better business woman then doctor! I'm taking my kids elsewhere...

My children have been going to Dr DiToro for 13 years this month. This is the 2nd practice I have followed her to. I can not express how amazing she is and this new office could not be any more proficient than it already is. Each staff member KNOWS you are the reason they have a job. you are not treated as a number, your children are greeted with smiles and what ever she gives them always works the first time. on the money diagnosing all 3 of my kids.

A very good doctor. My kids have been treated by her since the 1980s.
