Dr. Linda Diane L Francis, MD

Dr. Francis is a truly wonderful pbysician and so down to earth. She truly cares about the whole overall wellness of her patients and takes whatever time is needed for each patient. I am so happy to ha e found her and have greatly benefitted by her expertise.

Cares about the whole person. Focused on individual needs and is caring.

This practice suddenly shut down and there is no way for former patients to get information, records, or billing responses.

This doctor consistently kept me waiting, sometimes not seeing me for up to 45 minutes. She has a patronizing tone, tells me to pray away mental health symptoms, and has not followed simple protocol, such as intake procedure with the note-taker at her current practice. She does not validate my feelings, and instead, tells me how she feels. She has not given me the refund I have asked for multiple times since she closed her personal practice and joined JCMC in Wilmington. She doesn't know that Atarax is an antihistamine. She has a personal bias against prescribing certain medicines that are known to alleviate symptoms. Even though I saw her for more than two years, she cannot remember how old I am. I have complained about how my symptoms have not been alleviated for years, following her protocol exactly. She feel that she put me at risk today. I am extremely upset by her patronizing, terrible "bed-side" manner.

Dangerous and mean.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor in fact I was called back and then told to go sit back down so that a patient who came in 20 minutes after me could be seen first. Was charged $320.00 for 30 minutes and never got my prescriptions called in. I was promised they would be called in by lunchtime or early evening and they were never called in. No response from the after hours line either. Horrible experience.

Tried 4 different times to get someone to call back, never succeeded. Emily (the P.A.) was nice but really didn't listen. Dr. Francis couldn't even be bothered to meet with me. Twice ended up with no medication refill because of office errors or just getting a return call. Terrible service.

She took the time & patience to listen & understand the situation I was in. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing her services. I wish she was located in my hometown.

Terrible doctor. Moody and obnoxious. No concern for patient needs. All about the buck.

This is the most UNcaring doctor I have ever met!! She insists on doing all of the talking, I guess she can make a diagnosis without actually having to listen to the complaints. I gave her one star because I couldn't select ZERO stars!
