Dr. Linda Rachelle Frey, MD

I visited Dr. Frey once to get a handle on antidepressant changes. I didn't like her from the get-go, she has no bedside manners at all. No introductions at all, and she sighed a lot and did not seem pleasant. I decided to give her a chance and had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks later, in the meantime tapering off a medicine and bloodwork ordered. I check my mail the weekend before my next appointment and find a letter saying she doesn't have the ability to handle the stress of a new patient and I should find a new doctor. How incredibly unprofessional! I had already tapered off my medicine and thank god I couldn't get the labwork done when I had planned. There was no phone call, no explanation, no anything but the letter. Now I'm left with finding a new psychiatrist and my mood is unstable since I'm no longer on medicine. If we did not match fine, I get that but at least have the professionalism to handle it right especially since she started me on significant medicine… changes!
