Dr. Linda Magdalgne Geere, MD

I love dr Geere but her male receptionist is HORRIBLE! He's rude and always has a bad attitude and will sit and argue with you! Even if he's wrong!

Dr Geere has been my primary care provider for 20 years. Sheâ??s a wonderful, compassionate, very thorough doctor, who doesnâ??t sit at a computer typing while youâ??re talking to her. She looks you right in the eyes and listens, asking questions when appropriate. Sheâ??s worked a longtime in this area and has a wonderful arsenal of tried and true doctors if a referral is needed. Also, when a friend told me about a good neurologist, I asked doctor Geere about him. She wasnâ??t familiar with him, but since Iâ??d had a great review from a friend of mine, Dr. Geere gladly provided a referral for my back problems. It turns out my friend was WRONG! Very wrong. In the future, Iâ??ll stick with Dr. Geereâ??s referrals. Sheâ??s nothing short of absolutely fabulous!!!! A true gem in the confusing world of medicine and insurance. In the 20 years I've seen Dr. Geere, there have been twice there was a 'billing' problem. I.e. I was told I owed when I did not. Because I save all my… receipts and am very familiar w/my medical insurance, I had no trouble clearing these up.

I can only give an excellent review of this wonderful doctor and her staff!

I am giving this doctor a 2 star rating because of my experience. She get two, because the doctor is very friendly and nice and patient with you. However, her staff needs a major overhaul and lots of training on professionalism. This is what I experienced that lacked in professionalism: 1. During Call, I was put on hold while I thought about things...In staffs words...who does that? Because they are too busy and must answer other calls, than wait for you to think about what was just said...how about tuesday? Tuesday? what? Please hold. 2. No professional staff has every said to find a new doctor and your tough luck because my insurance was limited when explained. 3. The staff lacks patience and professionalism. In my experience, one should be courteous, patient, and knowledgeable in their office's system and rules. When in a phone call, one must give full undivided attention to the caller. Even if the phone is ringing off the hooks, the other people can stand in… line. If you can't handle the stress, hire more staffs to answer calls. Sad to leave this doctor, but in order to see her. You have to go through the front desk and until they get a make over. I found a new doctor.

My entire family goes to Dr Geere. She is the best doctor I have ever known. Truly cares about her patients.

I was able to get in for a same day appointment, which was great. I checked in and didn't wait much at all. When I went back the assistant that was helping me was training and when the trainee left she made a few inappropriate comments about the trainee. The doctor on the other hand was very nice, and helped me with my ear infection and gave me her full attention.

I had three appointments I missed1) because I had a death in the church I serve; 2) because I was with someone who had threatened suicide; 3)because my car broke down. I just received a bill because "I missed three times." Each time I called and explained the situation before the actual appointment. (not 24 hours) When my car broke down I was told "send the check."

Dr. Geere is very knowledgeable, my family feels so lucky to have her as our physician.

Dr. Linda Geere is Amazing! Most of my family that lives in the surrounding area uses Dr. Greere as their primary doctor as do I. There is normally a wait once you are sitting in the waiting room for about 20 mins.,however Dr. Greere makes up with fantastic bedside manner. She listens and gives great advice.She always puts me at ease when I see her. I really love the staff as well. Very sweet and professional in every way! I am glad I have Dr. Geere taking care of me and my family! Thanks Dr. Linda Geere! See you at the next appointment! =0)
