Dr. Linda Maiphuongli Ha, MD

Dr. Ha has been my daughters pediatrician since her birth 10 years ago. I always liked and do still like her and I find her very professional, knowledgeable and caring. However the office staff over at Evergreen Pediatric Associates is just getting worse and worse. Communication has always been somewhat limited due to the poor English spoken by the staff, and I say this being an non-native English speaker myself. Recently the situation just seems to get worse. I dont know if it is due to new staff or what. My daughter had some exams and the last call by one of the office members was something along the line of Your daughter is fine, her test positive (for a virus blood test I didnt think this was fine), she has, oh I dont know how to say that. After which I asked to be called back by Dr Ha, which now a week later still hasnt happened. Needless to say that even so I would like to continue with Dr Ha, her office staff seriously makes me looking for a new pediatrician. Regarding the… rating for the staff and following up - I would give 0 stars if possible
