Dr. Linda Jeanette Jaffe, MD

I spent a good amount of effort trying to provide Dr. Jaffe with as much background information and history as I could do she could help me assess my condition and find a treatment plan that would work. She was so focused on details that were largely irrelevant and probed for information into areas that made no sense. She insisted my symptoms were normal and that my MRI T-2 flares were reversible with nothing to be concerned about. My migraines continue to steadily get worse.

Did a telehealth appointment with her recently after having a few EEGs done. She talked down to me like I was a dumb child, and she was extremely rude throughout the entire appointment. I was trying to share with her signs that pointed to a potential organic (non epileptic) cause to my seizures that I already had a diagnosis for and was told to get checked for by EMTs and a nurse, but she refused to listen. She ran zero tests to rule out any organic causes despite this being a possibility. She doesn't want to do her job. She wants to pass you off to someone else as soon as possible. And apparently she doesn't know all the much about seizures as she didn't even seem to know that seizures can show up more often during menstruation (something I learned from a nurse). Have issues with seizures? Go find a different doctor.

Dr. Linda Jaffe is a very thorough, kind, caring, and compassionate Neurologist who diagnosed me with M.S. in 2001.

I was describing my dads symptoms to Dr Jaffe when she got sarcastic with me "wow that is helpful!" While she rolled her eyes. when I asked her to explain my father's condition to me She said she did not have time and I am not a doctor so why do I need to waste her time. She looked like she hated her job and wanted to leave. She was over dressed like she was going out afterwards.
