Dr. Linda Jane Keith, DO

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I sincerely hope people read this review & run for the hills, far away from Dr. Keith. My list of complaints is miles long. 1. The wait time to be seen is absolutely ridiculous. My last visit, May 4th, was over 2 hours. This is typical. 2. Good luck getting through on the phones. It just rings or you'll be left on hold for 20 minutes. 3. Staff forgot about me for 1.5 hours, after a urine sample. 4. More than once, Dr. Keith has forgot to send in my prescription. 5. After telling Dr. Keith for months that I have ADD, she finally agreed to listen, only after my counselor gave me a paper test to take & read the results to Dr. Keith. She reluctantly put me on Adderall & said, "If you come back in here wearing a fur coat & diamonds, I'll know you're selling your pills & not taking them". WHAT?! 6. She mismedicated me. I now, happily go to Cleveland Clinic & am on proper meds. She needs to realize she doesn't have all the answers & it's okay to be wrong.

Dr. Keith and this office are horrible. Hour+ wait times including when fasting for bloodwork. Once you finally see the doctor she couldn’t care less about what you say, nor does she make any attempt to address your concerns/questions. She just wants to check the boxes on her required forms and move to the next patient. If I could give fewer than one stars I would.

No I would encourage every patient to leave!!! I came to this practice hoping for a nice friendly visit. I have quite a few medical issues that I brought up to her and she brushed them off. After a recent ER visit I was still left with questions. So I looked up my supposed condition and brought up my concerns with her at the follow up appt. I was told that since I got my MD license on google what do I need her for?!!!! I promise you all you can find far better care elsewhere!!! I was neglected and treated like a piece of dirt meanwhile my other serious chronic issues got much worse! They do not answer their phone when you need them to, the front desk is rude, the nurse Mary Akers is the only one that treated me with the respect I deserved. Mary, leave that practice you deserve much better!!! If I could rate them with 0 stars I would!!

I left the office and felt worse , had a panic attack on the way home from the office staff lack of compassion.

I have been seeing Dr Keith for a number of years. She has always taken a good deal of time with me. Asks questions and is concerned with my health. The wait is a bit long in both the waiting room and once you get back to the examination room. You can use their portal to renew prescriptions and leave messages and questions. Overall I highly recommend Dr Keith.

I hated waiting in a room with everyone coughing and sick. The cleanliness was questionable so I was unable to sit in the chairs so paced while waiting. Also dirty corners of the floor. She has some office girl come in and do vital signs and screen for depression and dementia. Ask me when I had my last Pap which was a year late but didn’t offer to do one when I told her my gynecologist was no longer a Summa dr. Did not do a thorough physical tried to push some vaccinations on me with a charge for their administration that insurance didn’t cover. Told me to take vitamins before obtaining levels. As I left said “ healthy geriatric patient” That was 6 yrs ago. I am currently a critical care Nurse.

The office is awful and I have serious privacy concerns with Dr. Keith. Do not recommend.

All the negative comments and yet she has spent considerable time with me when I know she doesn't have it. I will wait as long as needed to see her. Not looking for a doctor that spends 2 minutes with me writes a script and sends me on my way. Quality over quantity. Office staff has nothing to do with her. Will not go anywhere else, a doctor who actually cares about the person.

All these reviews are spot on. Used to go to Dr. Lohmeyer for (20) yrs until she left, got stuck with Dr. Keith...Over booked constantly, average wait is over an hour most times, Dr. Keith did not get up from chair to check anything on me ever until I told her about it, she then got offended because the truth hurt, and threatened to not write my pre-op approval... After (20) yrs of going to Green, I left After (5) visits with this late, condescending woman, who can only write RX's.

Worst doctor ever. Average wait time in waiting room 45-60 minutes. Wait time in check up room 20-30 minutes. She doesn't know how to check area of pain, just sits typing on her laptop while speaking in a condescending manner. Did you even go to medical school?
