Dr. Linda K Kollross, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Kollross for 20 years. She is always prepared for our appointments, and is clearly an extremely intelligent doctor on top of her game. I am grateful for her.

She cancelled more appointments than she kept. She would say to make an appointment in six months, but would cancel and then would not be able to reschedule for another 3 months. She never spent more than 5 minutes. She never changed a prescription, just refilled them with little question, feedback, or empathy. I often felt like calling the insurance company to tell them she was not worth whatever she was being paid. It amazes me that Marshfield Clinic doesn't question how little time she spends with patients. She is not very good but given the scarcity of psychiatric care in this town, her business doesn't suffer.

My husband had Ms. Kollross for a Dr. several years ago. I found her totally ineffective and unapproachable. She would sit and look out her window at her view when I was explaining what we were experiencing. When I said that my husband was not taking the meds she prescribed, her answer was that she would increase the amount to be taken. She really does NOT listen to what is being said. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. My husband spiraled completely out of control under her care and wound up homeless. I do not believe she even knows or cares what became of him. I would recommend my dog's vet before I would ever send anyone to this arrogant woman.

Worst year+ of my life. Had similar episode years before, not nearly as complex nor as debilitating. She refuses input in any manner. Prior treatment which was successful for over 8 years was dismissed. Refused to recognize that I might have meaningful information. She reads an-others report, pulls out her prescription pad thinks she is great. Self absorbed in her own assessment of success (hers) wields her power through little notes, has esteem issues as she is belittling in nature. BAD CHOICE... I would rather go untreated, or find a bartender who gives out good advice.

She was rude, she didnt ask me one question and refused to answer mine. Very upsetting. Would not reccomend

I took my daughter to see Linda Kolross, It was the one of the biggest nightmares that we have experienced since we began looking for help with in behavioral health areas. She put on her Dr. notes that she spent 45 minutes with her, She only spent approx. 5 minutes with her. Linda only spoke to me (mother) and she was very rude and told me all my daughter's problems were my fault. I exchanged words of unhappieness with her and asked what kind of therapy was that. I continued to call her supervisors cause things had gotten worse since the professional MD. did this in front of my daughter. Linda Kolross, Also put her on a anti-depressent and felt that I caused her depression. Things than became even worse and because Linda Kolross didn't evaluate her in a professional ethical manner, she was a bipolar patient being put on a anti-depressant. MY OPINION IS THAT HER MISSION STATEMENT IS "QUALITY MEANS NOTHING ITS QUANITY GET THEM IN AND OUT AS QUIICKLY AS POSSIBLE!" I thinks her reveiws… show she is efficient but from my experience and reveiws on website, not what I wanted for a behavioral/mental health provider.

Worst Dr. I've ever seen. Wouldn't answer my questions, wouldn't talk to me, told me if I didn't like her to go someplace else!
