She always listens to you and makes sure you understand what is going on to the best of your ability. She truly has your best interests in mind. I would never go to anyone else!

Dr. Norrell is the best. I have been a patient since the 80's, she is always available, and sincerely concerned about you. Dr. Norrell is honest and truthful about what is needed from you as a patient and what she will do to get you well. Dr. Norrell is the kind of doctor that should be teaching in the interns program as a great example of what a family doctor should be. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Norrell.

Waiting in the waiting room is not a negative thing when seeing Dr. Norrell. Why? Because you know she is taking time with her patience. Its not an over booking problem. Im willing to wait because I know she will give me the same time in her office if I need it. She helped me with a depression problem and some health issues that would have been difficult for me to talk with another Dr. Im thankful she was placed in my path so that I could be on the road to good health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norrell for the entire time she has been in practice. I observed her as a resident and knew she was the kind of doctor I wanted. Unlike many other doctors, she encourages her patients to be involved in and even to take charge of their own bodies and treatment. She refuses to over prescribe regardless of pressure put upon her. Unlike many other people, I do not have a resistance to many antibiotics due to the fact that Dr. Norrell refuses to hand them out like candy when a patient comes in with a cold or some other viral infection. This is a doctor who listens, who personally follows up and who engages her patients in their own well being.She actually cares - remarkable.
