My care provider was sure to explain everything to me

I give her one star only because of Dr. Parker. The staff at the office is so unprofessional it not even funny. They don't get my appointment right and they over schedule her so you have to wait 1 1/2 hour before you see her. Also it's hard to see her.

I have been seeing Dr. Parker for like 20 years!

In all my years seeing physicians Dr. Parker, is the very best. She is very thorough, asks questions and lets the patient also ask questions. It takes as long as it takes, no rushing, no feeling like I have to hurry.

The doctor is excellent, but the wait time is horrific.

I would definitely recommend this care provider to others.

As usual Dr. Parker was very caring and listened to all my problem and gave solutions to all of them. She was very amazed that I was at my appointment only 3 days after back surgery!

My Wife and I have been patients for years- Well no longer. We are now experiencing our FOURTH billing fiasco with this office. Every time we book an appointment for a Insurance covered checkup- Annual physical, prescreening of a covered procedure, the office changes the purpose of the visit without patient consent and then bills for additional services. My wife AND her boss both scheduled Annual Physicals. Both were given appointments and then neither received their physical. Instead they had BP taken, temp and asked COVID questions. Then were billed for office visits. Both called the office to get billing corrected when they received an invoice they never should have gotten. The office will NOT correct their mistake and just says- well , that is what's in the notes. This is the 4th time this has happened. Shame on us for letting it get to #3. Once is a mistake, twice is concerning- 4 times is either a pattern or fraud. If you contact Texas Health, they say you have to call the Dr.… If you call the Dr. they say you have to contact Texas Health. Filling complaints with the State now. I will not go into the misdiagnosis issues we have had. This is enough to steer clear of this procatice.
