Dr. Linda Yolanda Parsi, MD

Dr. Parsi and her office has taken care of our daughter since our daughter was born. Our daughter has been very healthy since Dr. Parsi and Dr. Robertson have attended to our daughter. Two of the best physicians we have ever met. God Bless the doctors and their assistants.

She's very thorough and informative.

Dr. Parsi has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was two months old (she's 17 now). Dr. Parsi makes the patient comfortable and is VERY thorough. She is an excellent doctor who cares for her patients. She always gives you her full attention which causes her to run late, but she is worth the wait - hands down.

I started taking my daughter to see Dr. Parsi when she was 2 yrs old. I had been searching for a good dr and remembered friends raving about her. I finally took my daughter there and have been loyal ever since. She actually takes her time and does a thorough exam every time! She will answer all your questions. She's very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Her staff isn't the best and there are long wait times but she's well worth it. We just plan accordingly because we know we have her undivided attention once she enters the exam room.

After taking my children to this doctor for the past 5 years, I am going elsewhere. The service is awful (prepare to wait over an hour, sometimes 2, to be seen), and Dr. Parsi over charges for every little thing. I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all!!

Dr. Parsi herself is a wonderful doctor, however the wait time is dreadfully long, and her office staff never get back with you on issues, you always have to call back and if you don't get their name they won't admit they talked to you, in other words they won't admit to the one not getting back with you. They obviously have too many patients to be able to properly care for their appoitment load they schedule everyday. Also if you have a sick child that needs to be seen that day they NEVER have a walkin opening that day! I've been seeing Dr.Parsi for a very longtime and due to her office staff I have recently decided to move our business to a new doctor that has turned out to be very fast and cost effective on how the charges are billed so we don't overpay like I have in the past!!!Do Not Recommend!!!

Dr's are amazing!!!! Love the dr's. would'nt want to trade them, but front office staff, horrible, long hold times on phone, end up hanging up, don't relay messages, miss communication (happens offten, unfriendly. Back staff, there is only one that is amazing, the others are ok. If I leave that practice, it's not because of dr's, but because of mostly frnt office staff!!!!!

I have mixed feeling about Dr Parsi. She has a very warm and caring personality, and does spend a significant amount of time discussing your concerns...although she has her nurses interrupt intentionally during the visit, which seems obvious as a reminder of how long she has been in with us. She is very responsive to our needs, and has followed up personally, even calling us at home when she is concerned about our child's recovery or state. She also seems to have a very good memory about our child's medical history, and even us as a family, which gives a very personal touch to her practice. My primary concern about Dr Parsi is that she tends to push medication and treatments very quickly. After a single episode of pneumonia she was already talking about putting my child on medication for asthma. Occasional ear infections lead to 3 different allergy prescriptions to be given simultaneously and suggestions of ear stents. Fortunately my child outgrew the ear infections before that… happened. A mild rash lead to a prescription with steroids that was clearly marked on the box as "do not administer to children under the age of 13".One of the worst things about this office is that there is always a LONG wait, first in the waiting area, then enclosed in the exam room. This is torturous when trying to entertain a sick child. The only time we were seen with in a reasonable time from our set appointment was during a follow up after my child suffered from an emergency visit to the hospital. Otherwise, healthy or sick, we have always waited to see her or Dr. Buck.Her staff is professional and seems to be responsive to our needs and requests. Although I must say that I do not get the warm-fuzzy feeling that I get from Dr. Parsi. They are much less friendly and often deal with you with a blank expression on their face.

Dr.Parsi was recommended to me by my mother and Im so glad she did! Dr. Parsi is an excellent pediatritian! She is one of the few doctors that actually cares for her pts! She will take as much time with you and your child as needed. We love her and think of her as one of the family!
