Dr. Linda Andrus Reinhardt, MD

My husband and I both went to Dr. Reinhardt and we both think she's awesome. Excellent doctor who really helped us and cared about us. However, when we retired, our insurance changed to Humana and she doesn't take it. We now live near Tulsa, but would gladly drive to WFalls if she accepted Humana. We miss her and the expertise she has.

The office is great, except for Linda in the front office. She is hateful. I have never experienced being treated as badly as I am by this "lady." I cannot understand why Dr Reinhardt keeps her in her employee. Does she not realize that Linda is the 1st person people come into contact with? This 1st impression sets the whole experince of the visit. Even though the doctor and nurses are great, the inital experience in the office is horrible. Linda has a hateful attitude and she is not a good fit for working with the public.

Dr. Reinhardt is the best dermatologist in the city. She is current on treatment and diseases. She takes time with each patient as if he/she was the only one she treats. Her staff is courteous, professional and attentive.

The staff is snobby, the doctor has no idea what she is doing, and you have to wait forever in the waiting room. I went a grand total of six times. She never once did skin tests but merely looked at my FOLLICULITIS, called it ACNE and proceeded to continue ruining my skin where Dr. Taylor and Dr. Burton had left off. My skin is terribly scarred thanks to these incompetent dumbsh*ts.You will wait months to get an appointment with her and now I hear she is no longer accepting new patients. Do yourselves a favor and find a doctor who will actually diagnose a problem and give you the proper treatment for it.
