Dr. Linda Barbara Reschl, MD

I happened upon Dr. Reschl many years ago because she was near our new home. I have followed her to 5 different offices because she is the best. She's observant, she listens, she remembers, she's a friendly, concerned Doctor. Not many of those around anymore, insurance won't let them take the time. Right now she's on "personal sabbatical" and I don't know if she'll be practicing afterwards. I am so sad to hear that, feel lost wiout her.

Unfortunately, her staff (and personal assistant) makes Dr. Reschl look very unprofessional. Many mix-ups, lost blood work, no calls from her office with results, prescription errors, very little time dedicated to the patient during and after each visit. I did end up feeling like a number and not like an actual patient, especially with the very apathetic approach from Dr. Reschl and her staff displayed. A humanistic approach to family medicine is non-existent in this medical office. I have personally experienced all these issues within the last several years as her patient. I have moved on to another primary care physician by now.

Absolutely ABYSMAL service. The ENTIRE staff is rude and incompetent. I presented with bleeding per rectum under the age of thirty and they took TWO MONTHS to send over a prescription. In order to appease me, they multiple times told me "it was sent over" or that they gave me a "paper copy and I needed to fill the colonoscopy prescription" which was a complete and utter lie. The staff is not helpful nor knowledgeable about anything that goes on in the office. I will be changing primary care providers.

Try getting your prescription refilled, you consistently have to follow up with their office to fill it after your pharmacy tells you that their office still has not called after day 4. This also goes with request for lab results. Better go elsewhere before you as a patient dies before that office fills your prescription!
