Dr. Linda Marie Rodriguez, DO

I left out crying and I'm not a cry baby, first and foremost I was advised before my appointment to not wear purfume I didn't wear any, so when I arrived first thing Cindy (front desk) said I smell something, listen people I was totally embarrassed first of all I'm one of the cleanest people ever, she said do you have purfume on I said NO YOU TOPD ME NOT TO WEAR ITim 54 I can follow directions, I told her I have body cream no smell and trust me without it I'll scratch like crazy winter time my skin cracks severely, by this time I'm visably upset and feeling so upset, she started questioning me about my cream I stood there for a few minutes and thought I don't deserve this nor do I have to put up with such nonsense the Dr needs to wear a mask and quite frankly she is in the wrong business if she can't tolerate smells and I could be ugly and say a few things about this Dr who needs to work on herself first. I needed my heart medicine so badly and I have to have this to survive and was… not provided any kind of care. Baptist owns this clinic and they absolutely need to step in and make some major changes this is ridiculous no one deserves to be treated like trash no one. And further more they are going to get sued if they aren't careful you can't discriminate against people and clearly this is what's going on. Listen a hobo off the street could do better than this and it is giving Baptist hospital a horrible name, y'all came in to clean up Spark's but y'all are forgetting these little clinics are owned by you fix your problem get a real Dr that cares about patients and truly has their best interest. This is the worst place ever, look at these ratings they speak volumes

The reviews are on point with the wait time. It was over an hour, and she really dosnt seem like she cares about her job. I left feeling like she just played a scam on my insurance company.

The wait was really long after my appointment, and all she did for me was send me to other doctors. Really dosnt seem to care about her patients at all.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible dr. I've went in 3 times to her office, and she did absolutely nothing except write referrals. Anything you're worried about she will just find a round about way to say she dosnt deal with that, and send you to someone els "who specializes in that". Then everytime I had an appointment i had to wait. I'm not talking about a little 30 min wait. This time I waited an hour , and 50 mins past my appointment time befor I ever seen her. She never remembered anything about me. I'm sure we had the exact conversation all 3 times about my medical history. I guess she dosnt take notes, or review files at all. she sent me out to 4 separate specialists because she dosnt actually handle any of your care. If you dont mind waiting a ridiculous amount of time, and all you want is a referral for a specialist this is your kinda clinic. If you're looking for a Doctor to actually provide any type of medical treatment then you should look… elsewhere. Honestly, the rest of the staff there all seem really nice. Super friendly. Linda Rodriguez is possibly the laziest most uninvolved dr. I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, and I worked in healthcare for 9 years in San Antonio, Tx befor I became disabled. Obviously I'm upset with the lack of care, but I'm writing this review to try and prevent people from being taken advantage of by this woman. You will wait far longer for your apt then your actual visit. She will waste your time, and money. If you're reading this you were warned
